Most offices are up and running within one week. We do a 45-minute kickoff to align on style, create agent submission links, and set up branded templates. After that, agents start sending footage immediately.
Phone footage is fine — any recent iPhone or Android model. We also work with drone clips, GoPro, or DSLR. Hard rule: footage must be well-lit and stable. We send agents a one-page shot guide on day one so nobody guesses.
Yes — on Whole Brokerage tier. Deliverables carry your brokerage branding only. Boutique and Mid-Office tiers include a small ReelCraft credit on outro cards by default, removable for an add-on fee.
Month-to-month on Team Plan and Boutique. Quarterly commitment on Mid-Office (billed monthly). Annual agreements available for Whole Brokerage with negotiated pricing. No lock-in on first engagement — we want to earn the renewal.
Unused slots roll forward up to 30 days. We also offer a neighborhood content fill-in service — if an agent doesn't have listing footage, we'll produce a branded neighborhood reel using sourced stock footage matched to their territory.
Yes. Book the Team Plan on a monthly basis for the first 60 days. If your agents aren't happy with the output, we'll refund the most recent month. After the pilot, most offices move to a quarterly agreement for the added stability.
