Color-graded, music-scored, vertical and horizontal formats. Your reel lands in your inbox within 48 hours of footage receipt.
Email us at hello@reelcraft.co within 7 days of delivery with one line: "I want a refund." That's it. No interrogation. Full refund within 48 hours.
Why we can offer this
ReelCraft runs a remote-only post-production workflow. No crew to schedule, no location costs, no travel overhead. Low overhead means the cost to honor a refund is near-zero — we're not absorbing a $1,200 shoot day on a $250 order.
Our editing workflow has processed thousands of edits, honed specifically for real estate content: color grading for interior lighting, pacing that matches mobile scroll behavior, music selection calibrated for the agent brand. The refund rate is low because the quality floor is high.
The guarantee is designed to remove your objection, not to be a safety net we expect to use. We want the $99 sample to convert you to a long-term client — not to give you money back.
The fine print
First delivered reel only. The guarantee applies to the first reel we deliver to you — Sample Reel or Single Reel. It exists to let you verify our quality before committing further.
7-day claim window. You have 7 days from the day your reel is delivered to claim the refund. After 7 days, the window closes.
One refund per customer. You can use the guarantee once. It's a quality check, not a subscription model.
Does not apply to Retainer months 2+. The monthly retainer guarantee covers your first delivered reel in the engagement. Subsequent months are covered by our revision policy and your dedicated editor relationship — not the refund guarantee.
Requires footage submission. If you purchase but don't send footage within 14 days, we'll reach out twice. No footage, no reel. Refund available within those 14 days if you change your mind before submitting.
